ISHR VOLUNTEER AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
The ISHR Secretariat has set up a Volunteer Ambassadors’ Program. Through this program, we seek to bring together a community of young people between 18 to 35 years who are committed to matters of Human Rights in their spaces.
ISHR is cognizant of the ability of young people to be the change makers wherever they are given their versatility, knowledgeability and ability to rally each other to a common cause. We hope by having a team of ISHR Ambassadors we shall be inspiring a young generation of Human Rights advocates from all over the world. These ambassadors will bring their knowledge, passions and skills to the ISHR movement, to be the face of ISHR in their communities.
How to apply for the Volunteer Brand Ambassador Program;
- An interested person reaches out to ISHR via email: secretariat@ishr.org, sending a motivational letter detailing commitment to Human Rights, a CV, and any other necessary documents
- The Secretariat evaluates the motivation and documents of the applicant.
- The secretariat communicates the decision to the Applicant
- Onboarding and trainings are conducted to equip the ambassador with the relevant knowledge and skills.
We encourage applicants from all parts of the world. ISHR is non-discriminative in all its work and people from more marginalized groups are encouraged to apply.
