Byinzika Pauline Noeline: Championing Social Justice and Public Health

Byinzika Pauline Noeline is a Ugandan advocate for social justice and human rights with a strong background in community mobilization, public health, and culinary arts. Her diverse expertise allows her to empower marginalized groups and drive impactful public health initiatives.

A graduate of The Culinary School Uganda (2022–2024), Pauline has seamlessly blended her passion for health and nutrition with her dedication to advocacy. She has played pivotal roles in professional settings, including serving as a health advocate and a community trainer.

Pauline’s advocacy work has had a tangible impact, particularly through her involvement with UNICEF Uganda, where she has facilitated national and regional training sessions, supported vaccination campaigns, and promoted menstrual hygiene management. Through her leadership with U-Report by UNICEF, she has been instrumental in amplifying community voices and strengthening youth engagement in Uganda.

Her work is not just about raising awareness, it is about mobilizing action. By creating effective communication and advocacy strategies, she ensures that public health initiatives reach the most vulnerable communities, fostering long-term, sustainable change.
