The Corona virus pandemic completely changed society and changed the pattern and behavior of individuals within society, including the pattern of NGOs working way and humanitarian aid, for that we are as Iraqi section of IGFM kept work on awareness raising and advocacy for human rights through media and participation of online conferences and debates, below are some activities:

1. On 19 th August, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, interviewed by Kurdistan Satellite channel, the interview was about the water crises between Iraqi and Iran and the strong link between water and human rights, as the access to clean and drinkable water is the basic right of people, through the TV program we enhanced both Iran and Iraq governments to solve the water crises in peaceful means and through negotiation.
2. On 17 th August, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, interviewed by Kurdistan Satellite channel, the interview was about the relationship between KRG and Iraqi government regarding the financial crises and solving the problem of salary payment of public servants, the program was part of advocacy to keep the right of public sector employees and the case of people salary not to be use for political conflict.
3. On 15 th August, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, given a speech and presented a academic paper regarding ISIS crimes against Yazedies and the process of ISIS members prosecution, the international online conference organized from USA by an NGO called Staunch Aid Organization, in addition the IGFM support to Yazedi community in Kurdistan addressed part of social support and deliver of humanitarian aid to IDPs. 4. On 12 th August, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, participated a ceremony of Youth International Day that organized in Erbil by Coordination Network for NGOs, the ceremony addressed the recent situation of youth in Iraq and Kurdistan mainly the rights of youth from minority community and the agenda of keeping them not to leave the country.
5. On 17 th August, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, interviewed by Kurdistan 24 Satellite channel, the interview was about the disputed are between Iraqi and Kurdistan which is the homeland of minorities living in disputed area as Christians, Yezedies, Turkmen and Shabaks, the IGFM Iraqi director addressed the peace process and negotiation to solve the disputed area problem and to prevent human rights violation of minorities in that area.
6. On 17 th August, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, interviewed by Kurdistan Voice Radio channel, the program was 55 minutes and addresses the legal process of documentation ISIS crimes evidence and how brings the ISIS members to accountability, in addition reconstructing the areas affected by war and conflict as Sinjar to make sure that IDPs back to their home land.
7. On 31 July, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, interviewed by Rudaw Satellite channel, the interview was about international day of prevention human trafficking; the program was about the human trafficking situation in Iraq and the danger statics from the government analyzed, in KRG 79 case of human trafficking recorded.
8. On 16 th July, Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, interviewed by Kurdistan Satellite channel and participated in a special TV program name (Future) regarding legal frame of child born during rape and orphans of war, the program was part of addressing a draft law prepared in Iraq and Kurdistan regarding child protection mainly during conflict and violence.
9. On 15 th July , Krmanj Othman the IGFM Iraqi section director, interviewed by Kurdistan 24 Satellite channel regarding killing of Human Rights activists in Iraq , as during last month’s at least 14 human rights activist kidnapped and killed in Iraq.
